The trek is sometimes called the Makalu /Mera Ice Traverse.  We will start at Tumlingtar,
walk to the base of Makalu, cross Sherpani East Col (6135 meters ) and West Col ( 6143 m) with an optional climb to Mera peak (6461 m)  . Below is the 33 day itinerary and cost. The trek is being organized with Iceland Trekking  who will supply all the support services and supplies.

02. Tumlingtar to Bhote bas 1744 m
03. Bhotebas to Deorali 1994 m
04. Deorali to Num 1560 m

06. Seduwa to Tashi Gaun 2135 m
07. rest day at Tashi Gaun.
08. Tashi Goun to khomgma la 3920 m
09. *Khongma la to Mumbuk 3553 m
